Estate Ops is a private, login-based tool. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party marketing trackers, and we do not sell data.
What we use
Strictly necessary (always on)
These are required to provide the portal and cannot be switched off. Without them the Service will not work.

Local-storage values stay on your device and are not used to track you across other sites.
Diagnostics (error monitoring)
We use Sentry to detect and diagnose errors so we can keep the portal reliable and secure. When an error occurs, Sentry records technical details about the error, which may include your IP address. We do not record your screen, and we do not use this data to track you or for marketing.
Our basis. We run error monitoring on the basis of our legitimate interest in
keeping the Service secure and working. It does not record screen content and is
limited to what we need to fix faults. You can object to this processing, or ask
about it, using the contact details below.
Managing cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and clear local storage for this site at any time. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in. For more on cookies generally, see https://ico.org.uk/for-the-public/online/cookies/.
The mobile app
The Estate Ops mobile app does not use website cookies. It stores your session securely on your device and uses a diagnostics tool (Sentry) and push-notification service (Firebase Cloud Messaging) as described in our Privacy Policy.
